A Few sleeping Disorders

Good Sleep is necessary to stay healthy. Sleeping makes mind and body relaxed. Due to stress or any other factor, there is some trouble occuring in sleep. If the sleeping trouble occurs at regular basis, then maybe it can cause sleeping disorder. Let's discuss some sleeping disorders:-


1. Insomnia:-


In this, the person is dissatisfied from the sleep and experience fatigue, low energy, mood disturbances and many more. The Person feels difficulty in falling asleep or stay in sleep. The doctor uses sleep log, light therapy and relaxation exercise to reduce the insomnia disorder.


2. Sleep Apnea:-

It is a common sleep disorder. In this, the person stops breathing temporarily during sleep. Heart failure, diabetes, Depression, High Blood pressure are some common effects of Sleep Apnea. One of the best Sleep apnea solutions is the Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP), a mask-like device that delivers a stream of air while person sleep.

3. Sleep Walk:-

This disorder occurs when person in deep-sleeping phase. They do the activities such as talking, sitting up and looking around the room, getting out of bed and roaming the house like they are awake. Focusing on sleep habits, Remove sharp objects, door alarm and consulting a doctor may help to resolve this problem.

4. Narcolepsy:-

In this, the person experiences the excessive and uncontrollable daytime asleep. “sleep attacks” can occur during middle of talking, working, or even driving. The proper treatment and medication can help in this disorder but can't be cured.

These sleeping disorders can be genetic and with proper treatment can be resolved.
